The Crossroads at Cedar Creek Resort Style Apartment Living    APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS 1) Must earn 2.5 times the monthly rent. 2) Must have 2 years good rental history. 3) Must have good credit history. 4) No evictions / No money owing to another property. 5) We do not accept Section 8 6) Security Deposit required. $375 for 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes, $475 for 3 bedroom apartment homes, $800 for corporate apartments. 7) We reserve the right to increase the security deposit or require payment in advance. We do credit and criminal background checks. If you have been charged and or convicted for any of the following crimes-- including but not limited to: Violence, Battery, Theft, Drugs, Bad Checks, Sexual Offence, etc. your application will be denied. There is a $20 credit/background check fee for each applicant over the age of 18 (personal checks not accepted).
